Why Woodlands?
While Woodlands Childcare Sunshine West offers child supervision for busy parents, its purpose is to provide much more. We offer a supportive and stimulating learning environment with a variety of educational programs designed to equip children with life skills.
Our childcare programs and curriculum focus on early development and are divided into three learning stages: catering to children from 6 weeks to 12 months, 1-2 years and 2-3 years.
The Woodlands approach to childcare is traditional and based on play inquiry learning and active exploration that supports self-regulation, communication and social skills development. Our programs are also designed to adapt to children’s needs, routines and interests.
If you’re searching for long daycare in Sunshine West, we provide children with everything they need, from nutritional meals to nappy changes, sports and yoga! Meal plans can also be adapted to suit your child’s dietary requirements.

Our Woodlands Kindergarten
The distinguished kindergarten programs at Woodlands Sunshine West offer a curriculum that focuses on both indoor and outdoor learning. We nurture the important things and provide an early learning environment that is designed to equip your child with both academic and social skills to see them succeed in life.
With two years of full-time kindergarten programs, we believe 3- to 4-year-olds can then be better prepared both academically and emotionally for primary school.
Our team aims to foster a strong foundation and a deep love of learning in children. We focus on developing social skills, building emotional intelligence, confidence and critical problem-solving abilities. Woodlands also help to nurture creativity and individual expression in all children.
Our highly qualified teachers get to know you and your child and work on developing a personal profile that addresses their unique needs.
At Woodlands, we have a wide range of extra programs designed to involve children in meaningful learning like early literacy, numeracy, physical activities, camaraderie, and creative programs and excursions.
