Kama mmiliki mwenza wa Woodlands na mshirika wangu wa biashara, Hamish Rotstein, nina shauku kuhusu Mafunzo ya Awali. Shauku yangu kabisa katika elimu imekuwa utoaji wa uzoefu bora wa kielimu kwa watoto wa miaka 0 - 6. Sioni elimu kama safari ya maisha pekee bali pia maandalizi ya maisha. Maono yetu kwa Woodlands ni "Kupanda miti ambayo hutarajii kukaa chini ya kivuli chake". Ninaendelea “kupanda miti” ya elimu huku watoto nikijua kwamba elimu hii itakuja kutimia siku za usoni kupitia watoto wetu.
Nina mbinu ya kushughulikia vituo vyote vinavyoshauri, kuajiri na kuongoza waelimishaji wa watoto wachanga ili kutoa huduma bora na elimu kwa watoto. Nimeanzisha programu nzuri katika vituo vyote na ninajivunia sana watoto wa Kinders wanapoenda shuleni wakiwa wamejitayarisha vyema kwa maisha.

Hamish ni mkurugenzi na mwanzilishi mwenza wa Woodlands Long Day Care & Chekechea
Hamish ndiye mwanzilishi na mkuu mkuu wa kampuni ya Rotstein Commercial Lawyers, kampuni ya uwakili ya Melbourne aliyoianzisha mwaka wa 2000. Ana shahada ya kwanza ya sheria, sayansi ya siasa na huduma za kifedha Hamish na kitendo chake thabiti kwa baadhi ya biashara zilizofanikiwa zaidi Australia. . Amehusika moja kwa moja kama mwanasheria, mshauri na mwanamkakati katika ukuaji wa biashara nyingi hizi kutoka mwanzo wa mwanzo hadi viongozi wa soko la kitaifa na kimataifa. Hamish amesaidia kuanzisha mashirika mengine ya misaada ya watoto ikiwa ni pamoja na Creative Art Therapies Australia (zamani Art Cabriolet) ambayo inatumia sanaa na tiba ya sanaa kusaidia watoto braving trauma na RCH 1000 ambayo inataka kuongeza $1M kwa mwaka ili kusaidia utafiti wa matibabu katika dawa za watoto katika Hospitali ya Watoto ya Kifalme huko Victoria. Tangu 2016 amekuwa pia mshiriki katika bodi ya Wakfu wa Watoto Maalumu, hospitali pekee ya huduma ya watoto ya Victoria.
Shauku ya Hamish kwa elimu ya mapema ilipandwa na mama yake, mwalimu wa elimu ya mapema mwenyewe kwa zaidi ya miaka 45. Hamish alijionea jinsi elimu bora ya kujifunza mapema inavyoathiri kwa kina na chanya ustawi na ukuaji wa watoto. Alianzisha Mafunzo ya Awali ya Woodlands na Fay Woodland kwa kuzingatia imani isiyoyumba na kujitolea kwa elimu ya awali ya darasa la kwanza na kuwatunza watoto wote wanaowalea.

We know time is valuable, time for your family, time for fun, time for Woodlands. We need to communicate and ensure each team member understands the pressure of time and time management. Clearly communicating goals, actions and evaluations of each day is of prime importance.
Reflect.
Our reflections embrace the concept of serving. We want to provide the best service for our families. We start with the family and work backwards to be able to provide a service that matches their expectations. Reflection on the services we provide is honest, respectful, agile and outcome driven.
